Sword of Heaven plot

Tadashi is a Japanese cop who fights blindly against the underworld. Opposition comes from Dirk (Mel Novak), leader of a paramilitary unit and trained in martial arts. Together with a prostitute, Tadashi must get a magic sword, which is in Dirk's possession.
