Nozaki is a worker who swears allegiance to a sympathetic crime boss. However, he discovers that he himself has been chosen as his successor after the boss is murdered. Restricted by the gang's affiliation that forbids retaliation against high-ranking members, Nozaki plots to exact revenge on his rivals, but a suspicious relationship with his own sister tarnishes his relationship with his fellow gang members.
