Evil drug lord Yim Kung Ho lives in luxury in his self-created Golden Sand City. Filled with brothels and casinos, the city is a veritable Sodom and Gomorrah. Ho is protected by his right-hand man and assassin Panther. But there are three heroic kung fu warriors who want to overthrow the drug lord. They are Little Gold Dragon, Little Mouse and Black Cat. They must pull out all the stops to defeat Panther and his cronies before they can get close to Ho.
