Saints and Sinners plot

Ostensibly, "Pooch" and "Big Boy" are two sworn friends seeking their place in their town's crime hierarchy. However, Pooch is hiding a secret that he cannot possibly share with Big Boy. They try to control the local drug dealers and eventually get in touch with the leader of the largest syndicate, Tommy The Cow. The police, especially Detective McCone and Captain Reinekie, are hoping for a meeting where all parties will meet so that they can take down everyone at once.
