Raees plot
In an alcohol-free state, a clever and vicious liquor dealer has a monopoly, until he is thwarted by a police officer. Angered at his slump in wealth, he retaliates by winning over a group of people and eventually thriving on the black market again. Thus, he becomes one of the most ruthless criminals in Gujarat from the 2000s during the Gujarat riots.
