Stiff rake Kosugi does not bring the film to the finish line completely unscathed. It's definitely a fighter, but the man can't act. The editing also leaves a lot to be desired. Especially the fights are a bit unimaginative and sometimes boring. Furthermore, it is all entertaining pulp with a nice diabolical villain role by James Booth.
2.5 * and should be possible.
