Four executives from a consultancy are sent on a team-building weekend to a village in the Alps. While the foursome expect a relaxed two-day stay in a luxury villa, the big boss has completely different plans. He wants to subject his staff to a thorough stress test, led by a grumpy soldier. It doesn't take long for the situation to spiral out of control.
