"In Every Cop There is a Crime"
Harry Woltz is a detective but he has a little problem. Due to his addiction to drink, gambling and beautiful women, he owes a considerable debt to the Russell brothers. Their partner Evans Farrow, a stunning nymphomaniac, manages to seduce Harry. The Russells demand that Harry pay his debt by preparing to kill Evans. However, her husband will have to carry out this atrocity. When Harry's partner is assigned to this murder case, it suddenly appears that 'the respected homicide detective' is himself suspected of murder.
