"GET READY FOR ROARS! THEY'RE GOING TO DROP HITLER ON BERLIN...When Hal Roach Presents"
Adolf Hitler is on his way to a tropical country by submarine to negotiate a treaty with the chief Paj Mab. Mussolini from Italy and Suki Yaki from Japan are with him, although he tried to avoid them. However, an American PT boat crew is already there and has plans for Schickengruber and his buddies.
