Murder in Paradise plot

New York cop Charlie (Kevin Kilner) has given up hope of ever doing decent detective work after he was unable to cuff a serial killer. He leaves for Hawaii to lose himself in booze, but when murders are on the assembly line on the sunny island, he quickly becomes the prime suspect. He has to work to prove his own innocence.
