Manhunt of Mystery Island plot
Claire is the daughter of the famous inventor of the 'Radiatomic Power Transmitter', Dr. William Forrest. dr. However, Forrest has disappeared during an expedition and Claire enlists criminologist Lance Reardon to help her find her missing father. Both learn that the mad scientist Higgins can transform himself into the evil Captain Mephisto. Mephisto is revealed to have kidnapped Dr. Forrest and holds him captive on his inhospitable 'Mystery Island' for ransom.
