Mababagsik Na Anghel plot

Indochina is plagued by massacres and other violence caused by the criminals of a powerful drug cartel. The cartel is also involved in prostitution. The police are powerless, so a special mercenary is assigned to the case. It is a martial arts expert who has to round up the criminal gang.
