Little Chicago plot

Cal Rowan has only one wish when he returns from college: $20,000 to buy his own bar in Chicago. However, no one wants to help him, not even his own father. Cal turns to Andre, his childhood best friend, for support. A notorious drug dealer, Andre is more into partying than planning his future. Then Andre is threatened by his own drug supplier because of a large debt. Cal must spring into action and help Andre and his family. Cal is only now realizing why this southern city is called Little Chicago.
