Canada is mercilessly bombarded by a mysterious enemy plane called 'Falcon'. The Falcon is overseen by Admiral Yamata, Count Baroni and Marshall von Horst, the leaders of Canada's "Fifth Column." No one can identify the Falcon until American professor and inventor Marshall Brent and his daughter Carol come up with a new type of aircraft detector. This detector poses a threat to the Fifth Column as they prepare to invade western Canada. They have their accomplice Gil Harper kidnap Marshall Brent. RCMP Sergeant Tom King attempts to rescue Marshall, but is killed when the plane he was captured in crashes into a riverboat. Carol is determined to continue with her father's work.
