"He came from China ... He knew Karate ... The Monster Master of the Martial Arts"

A gorilla raised as the pet of a Chinese karate master defeats his master and is therefore given away to the United States. There he ends up in Wichita, Kansas. The gorilla is renamed King Kung Fu and, as a publicity stunt, is unleashed in the city. Police officers JW Duke and Pilgrim try to catch him.
