"The drug war continues"

In the year 2045, the ongoing "War on Drugs" has wreaked havoc in and between the United States and Mexico. Due to malpractice, Gear Side International, a robotics company, loses a multi-billion dollar contract with the government. On the brink of bankruptcy, it sells its technology to the Malvado cartel, which uses this advanced technology to their criminal advantage.
