In 14th-century China, street children are recruited to train them to be murderers. They teach them skills with different weapons so that they become experts in torture and murder. Also known as the Jinyiwei, this group is a mighty weapon of the emperor. When the evil eunuch Jia takes over more and more power, this unit orders Qing Long to steal a list of the names of the people who still support the emperor. During this mission, however, Qing Long is betrayed.
