"An ex-cop. To escape the violence, he quit the force. The violence followed him."

Dave Buchanon, a dedicated cop, discovers that a group of criminals is smuggling illegal immigrants to Mexico through his small town. He asks for the help of the FBI, but when they brush him off, he takes the law into his own hands and decides to teach the gangsters some more morals.
