Interception plot

When a prototype weapon is stolen from a government building, a software engineer unknowingly becomes involved when he is given an important disk needed for the detonation. With no help from the authorities, he is forced to team up with a suspended FBI agent to stop a group of thugs who plan to destroy a major city.
