"A Criminal Mind In An Indestructible Body"
The film is set in a distant future. After a fierce firefight and a wild chase, law enforcement officer Kurt Decoda manages to arrest Slash Galagher, one of the most dangerous and wanted terrorists. The penal penal system today consists of a modern technique that reduces the most serious criminals to a kind of holographic status: The body is kept in a bunker, while soul and spirit are stored on a disk. In the meantime, their behavior is treated virtually in such a way that they no longer pose a threat to society, after possible release. Every five years, the outcome of their rehabilitation program is evaluated, and the criminal in question has to appear before a council chamber in the form of a hologram. However, when it's Slash Galagher's turn, something goes wrong...
