Hoi Gwaan Zin Sin plot

During a routine patrol at sea, a cargo ship is seized with a large quantity of weapons of mass destruction. In order to track down the perpetrators behind the smuggling operation, Ching-Lai is assigned to work with Interpol. While combing through the vast and complex black market of weapons, Ching-Lai discovers that there may be an infiltrator who is complicating the case.
