Gridlock plot

"There's no way in...and no way out."

Helicopter officer Jake Gorsky is temporarily assigned to the traffic patrol in New York. Meanwhile, preparations are being made here for a daring bank robbery at the Federal Reserve Bank, in which a huge traffic jam should provide the necessary distraction. Jack becomes personally involved when his girlfriend Michelle, a bank employee, becomes trapped in the building and the criminals' inventive plan begins to unfold. Gorsky embarks on a one-man campaign to free his girlfriend, but runs the risk of handing the criminals a trump card.
