"An alien aiming for the Earth transforms monsters to attack!"
A small spaceship is hijacked by aliens and lands on a small island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Years later, when some architects want to build a hotel on the island, they discover that it is infested with monsters and that they have to flee for their lives.
