Getting Even plot

Mercenary Tag and his team steal several cans of Russian nerve gas in Afghanistan and bring them to the United States. When greedy millionaire Kenderson finds out about this, he orders the gas to be stolen. He then threatens to release the gas in Dallas if his demands are not met.
