Future Force plot

"Each crime has a price... Each 'criminal' a warning... Each bounty: dead or alive!"

John Tucker is the infamous leader of the dreaded Civilian Operated Police State, a ruthless group of bounty hunters who aim to clear out criminals in the city. Tucker won't let anything stand in the way of catching a bounty. But when a corruption scandal leaks within the organization, he has to fight the law instead of enforcing it.
