Vicky Khanna lives with his father in the heart of Bombay. Since his father is always on business trips, Vicky spends most of his time in the company of his friends Dhiku, Somil and Karan Chopra. One evening at a local nightclub, they witness a violent mob with a group of excited students and come up with the plan to open a club where people pay to settle their problems by fighting.
