Doomsdayer plot

Special Agent Jack (Joe Lara) works for the secret international organization "Protocol 23" and specializes in detecting nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. After a mission in the former Soviet Union fails, Jack is tasked with finding a new and highly destructive explosive device before it falls into terrorist hands. In a race against time, he chases unscrupulous billionaire Maximillian Gast and his deadly wife Elizabeth (Brigitte Nielsen) to their private tropical island to prevent them from carrying out their insane plan: to destroy humanity with a deadly weapon called ' Doomsdayer'.
