Dick Tracy Returns plot

"G-MEN VS. GUNMEN in an ALL-NEW thrill-packed series of adventures...with DICK TRACY...the greatest G-Man of them all leading the chase"

Detective Dick Tracy and his assistants Steve Lockwood, Junior and Mike McGurk temporarily join the West Coast FBI to help round up the Stark criminal family, led by the evil Pa Stark, who is preoccupied with with espionage and sabotage actions. Things seem to get out of hand when Pa Stark and his five sons (Champ, Dude, Slasher, Trigger and Kid) rob an armored car, killing Tracey's colleague and friend Ron Merton. With the help of his three friends, Tracy eventually manages to kill most of the family except Pa Stark and his eldest son Champ. With dynamite and nitroglycerin, Dad and Champ plan to kill Tracy and his colleagues.
