Daybreak plot
"The shortest distance between two points is disaster."
One day disaster strikes in Los Angeles, a massive earthquake. The whole city is upside down. One of the victims is Dillon, an old ice hockey player. Along with him, 4 other people are trapped in a subway tunnel. Aftershocks make it difficult to send a rescue team, the whole city is hit and no solution can be found for the 5 victims. Then a fire breaks out. They punch a hole in the wall of the tunnel because that's where the water pipe is, but the hole gets bigger and bigger. The tunnel threatens to flood and now Dillon must take the lead to get out in time.
