John "Concrete" Hong gets a night to fight his way through a violent city to save the love of his life. After John and Bethany are evicted from their apartment, they have no choice but to survive on the dangerous streets of Union. The city is in the hands of several street gangs. When John goes to the underworld to look for work, he is cornered by the WCC gang. After fighting his way out of this, he becomes the target of a corrupt police chief and his hit man, Finger.
