Code of Silence plot

"Eddie Cusack's a good cop having a very bad day."

In one of Chicago's slums, two police officers try to infiltrate a huge South American gang's cocaine deal. Their plan backfires when another gang prevents the arrest and steals the entire stash of cocaine. A frantic gunfight ensues between the police and the two gangs. In doing so, one of the officers kills an innocent teenager. When a 19-year-old daughter of one of the gang leaders is also kidnapped, a bloody war ensues between the police, the criminals and a number of bodyguards.
