Code Black plot

The American fight against drug trafficking, called The War On Drugs, is entering a whole new phase. Someone has poisoned an illegal drug and people will soon begin to die. Dealers are rounded up, killed and their bodies burned in furnaces to destroy the evidence. In the 1960s, the government had a plan called The King Edward Plan to thwart all attempts by social activist groups to create a black messiah. In the year 2007, the plan is revived, with the aim of ending the drug trade, destroying the ghettos and returning peace to the country. The government will control all legal aspects of the drug trade. Who will be able to stop this project called Code: Black?
