Cleopatra Jones, an agent, practices karate, rides a motorcycle and has started a drug hunt. In Turkey, Jones rolls up a smuggling ring that is employed by Mommy. Back in New York, Jones learns that drugs have been found in her favorite anti-drug building. Jones has 72 hours to prove that Mommy is behind this. Jones, along with the Johnson brothers and her lover Reuben, overthrows Mommy.
