"A cop makes it his mission to bring down a media hero who has masterminded his own fate."
Ken Yao is a successful manager, but is also a recognized marksman. When he accidentally witnesses a robbery and sees a policeman being taken hostage, he springs into action. In the firefight, Ken kills four robbers, while one of them, Pang Tao, manages to escape. Ken is arrested by Officer Jerry Chang, who knows Ken for beating him in a target shooting just before. The police force is divided over indicting Ken, while Pang Tao broods for revenge.
