The DC8 portable nuclear device was stolen in South Korea by the unscrupulous criminal Gam Dao-Nin aka 'Helios' and his accomplice Zhang Yijun. The weapon must be traded in Hong Kong. Lee of the counter-terrorism brigade assembles a team to prevent this from happening, including police officer Fan, professor Siu and Korean weapons experts Choi and Pok.
