Biao Jie, Ni Hao Ye! plot
Police officer Cheng Shih-nan hands over drug dealer Wong Ti to Hong Kong police. However, Wong manages to escape and Cheng is forced to stay in Hong Kong by the state council. He must help Police Inspector Wu Wei-kuo track down Wong.
