Baby Needs a New Pair of Shoes plot

"Feeling great...Walking tall...Hit my number, That's all!"

Pasha is the leader of the numbers racket, an illegal lottery in Harlem. Tony is the Italian mob boss who wants to take over Pasha's territory. He already has a spy within Pasha's organization and believes his rival has no place to go. When Pasha finds out that an Italian mobster has entered his territory, a violent war ensues. Ultimately, the two leaders recognize that there is only one way to resolve their dispute; mano a mano.
