Arcadia plot

In the distant future, the population has grown enormously and the world is in the grip of a deadly virus. Desperate father Charlie gets a chance to live in Arcadia with his daughter; a disease-free haven for the privileged. All he has to do is capture Adam Black, a member of the resistance movement 'Free Care'. However, Charlie soon finds out that the government is thrifty with the truth.
