"Miami just got hotter..."
Scott Edwards is a young college student in Miami who earns money by driving tourists around in a rickshaw. He gives an old Eastern lady a lift because it's raining, but she's really an ageless witch who watches over the legendary Philosopher's Stone of televangelist Mortom and his henchman Francis. This kills people and chases Edwards to find the missing key to get the stone.
