Lewis Jordan is an ex-secret agent who, after many years of service, is fired for "health reasons". Now he plans to sell a highly sought-after secret formula. To do this, he must get three pieces of paper, each with a part written on it. His former superiors believe he is close to his goal and only wants to benefit from it for himself. So they send one of his old friends to convince him to work with them again.
