A Common Man plot

"No Justice. No Peace."

A mystery man (Ben Kingsley) has planted five bombs in Colombo, Sri Lanka that are set to explode unless four key terrorists are immediately released from prison. When he declares his demands to the Deputy Police Inspector (Ben Cross), it sets in motion an ideological and deadly confrontation between truth and duty.
