Taron Egerton wants to return for another KINGSMAN

Taron Egerton hopes to appear as Eggsy one last time in another Kingsman movie and hopes Colin Firth returns also.

There have been three Kingsman movies so far - The Secret Service, The Golden Circle and The King's Man, with the latest movie being a prequel to the previous two.

Egerton played Eggsy in the first two films and he is expected to return in a third to conclude the trilogy, though no official announcement has been made. Firth played his friend and mentor Harry Hart, who is killed in the first movie only to be brought back for the second, suffering memory loss.

The relationship of the pair is key to the story and that is why Egerton wants Eggsy and Hart both to come back for Part III.

" has every intention of making it, and I have every intention of playing Eggsy one more time," Egerton told Collider.

"That was always what I thought I was committed to doing. It's the role that made my name, so I suppose, in a way, I just want it to be absolutely right if we do it again, and I want the story to do justice to the part that really changed my life.

"I want it to be a fitting ending. And I would, obviously, really hope that Colin would come back for at least a part of it, and who knows? We'll have to see, but we are planning to talk about it, actually, the next time we see one another, so who knows? Watch this space. But, you know, he's certainly not backing off the idea."

Egerton has an idea for Kingsman 3

Egerton revealed that he actually has an idea in mind for a third entry in the trilogy, but is yet to speak to Vaughn about his thoughts.

"I have an idea for Kingsman," the actor said.

"I have my own idea that I would like to pitch to Matthew, and I think that will be happening soon, but he has the wheels in motion on a big idea of his own. So who knows, you know? Who knows where it will land?"

The Welshman has previously been mentioned as a contender to play Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but he recently admitted that his interest in joining the MCU was starting to decline.
