The Oscars audience got more when they bargained for on Sunday when John Cena presented the award for Best Costume Design while completely bollock naked.
The 1974 ceremony featured one of the most infamous moments in Academy Awards history when a streaker ran onto the stage while David Niven was presented an award to Elizabeth Taylor.
Upon seeing the naked gentleman, Niven told the audience: "Well, ladies and gentlemen, that was bound to happen. But isn't it fascinating to think that the only laugh that man will ever get in his life is by stripping off and showing his shortcomings."
The crowd loved it, and it is indeed one of the most beloved memories of Oscars night.
On the 50th anniversary of that moment, Jimmy Kimmel and Cena paid tribute.
Kimmel teased that a fully-naked man would soon be making his way onto the stage. Queue John Cena getting cold feet and telling Jimmy that he no longer wanted to do the skit.
Kimmel told Cena off, saying he usually wrestles naked, to which the latter replied: "I wrestle in Jorts!".
Eventually, John walked onto the stage wearing nothing but a pair of sandals and the nomination envelope covering his manhood.
He said: "Costumes are so important!" to which the audience burst into laughter.
