Disney CEO Bob Iger has confirmed that Frozen III is definitely happening, while Frozen IV is on the horizon too.
The Frozen franchise is one of Disney's most lucrative properties as the two movies produced so far have grossed $2.65 billion at the box office.
And, that figure isn't even taking into account the billions that have been earned from merchandise.
It was inevitable that the movie franchise would continue after 2019's Frozen II, and Iger has confirmed the plans.
“‘Frozen 3’ is in the works, and there might be a ‘Frozen 4’ in the works too,” the Disney CEO said on Good Morning America.
“But I don’t have much to say about those films right now. Jenn Lee, who created the original ‘Frozen’ and ‘Frozen 2,’ is hard at work with her team at Disney animation on not one but actually two stories.”
Frozen cast: Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Eva Bella, Jonathan Groff, Josh Gad, Santino Fontana, Alan Tudyk, Ciaran Hinds and Chris Williams.
