2,2 voor It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World. Opzich best een vermakelijk filmpje, maar helaas is het einde vreselijk slecht. Ik moet alleen nog maar Young @ Heart uit deze poule zien, maar eigenlijk heb ik daar weinig interesse in.

Mr. Nobody zit bijna op 500 stemmen. Wordt ie dan gediskwalificeerd?

Tuurlijk niet, maar mocht er een vervolg op dit topic komen, kunnen we beter recente films, die nog niet eens op dvd zijn verschenen, uitsluiten.

Mr. Nobody is zojuist over de 500 stemmen gegaan. Echter heeft hij al meegedaan. Als hij een paar poules later aan bod was gekomen, had ik hem verwijderd.

Zo is Byôsoku 5 Senchimêtoru (2007) is verwijderd, vanwege de top 250 notering.

Ook mijn interesse gaat/ging uit naar Night of the Hunter, maar die is toch vies tegengevallen, ondanks de mooie plaatjes. Ik vroeg me af wat Erwinner bedoelde met kinderfilm, maar nu begrijp ik het. Laat ik het ook maar op een 2,7* houden.

Een 4,7* voor The Night of the Hunter. Een zeer aparte film die zowel dreigend als sprookjesachtig is. Een soort van grote boze wolf die achter 2 geitjes aanzit, in een prachtig vormgegeven decor.

Geweldig energieke film. Met vlagen best ontroerend met name het Fix You van Coldplay, maar toch verder een erg frisse docu.

@Chevy: Ik heb Black Cat, White Cat in de vakantie bekeken, maar wanneer moet ik die stem geven? Aangezien hij wel door is.

Gezien de speelduur snap ik dat It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World minder bekeken wordt, maar waarom worden Young @ Heart en Angels with Dirty Faces zo weinig bekeken?

It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad World, lijkt me eigenlijk wel een leuke film, nouja ik ga het zien.

3,0* voor It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World. Zeker geen onaardige klucht. In ieder geval vol met spektakel en slapstick. Helaas gevuld met veel te veel luidruchtige en humorloze typetjes.

2,5* voor It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World. Ietwat veroudert en verre van een must-see, maar niet verschrikkelijk om naar te kijken. Hoewel niet de slechtste film die ik hier tot nu toe tegen kwam wel degene waar ik me het meest van afvraag hoe die in dit spel is terecht gekomen. Recensie voor de film volgt later.

Alle films uit deze line-up gezien en ik moet zeggen dat het me erg tegenvalt dat de scores zo laag zijn (met uitzondering van Mad World), want ik vind dit een van de betere rijtjes tot nu toe. Als zeg je dat al snel natuurlijk als er twee top 10 films van je instaan. Toch jammer dat The Night of the Hunter praktisch uit de race is.

Aan de andere kant wel 11x bekeken (dat is ruim 40% van de deelnemers). Wat opzich ook een mooie prestatie is.
