Een lijst vol high concept cinema. Een stijl van filmmaken die Onderhond blijkbaar niet ligt, maar waar je bijna niet omheen kunt als filmkijker vanwege de agressieve marketing die er vaak mee gepaard gaat.

45 films gezien van de 141 totaal, gemiddelde score: 2,22*.

Zou zomaar eens kunnen, maar wat kan ik me daar net bij voorstellen?

Verder de eerste lijst in dit topic waar ik het tot in het kleinste detail mee eens ben

High concept = een verkoopbaar (plot)idee dat in twee zinnen uit te leggen is (en dus makkelijk te marketen).

Ik neem aan dat "verkoopbaar" hier dan een belangrijke rol in speelt, of dat het idee ook echt zowat alles aan de film omschrijft (bijv: Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?)

Ik hou namelijk best van eenvoudige premisses, maar dan wel op een eigenzinnige manier uitgewerkt (wat dan vaak niet zo makkelijk in een zin of twee te vatten is en vaak ook niet erg makkelijk verkoopbaar is).

Prachtige lijst met veel sterke titels, maar ook een aantal middelmatige en slechte titels.Erg gevarieerd dus.Army of Darkness, Ed Wood en Fanny och Alexander lijken mij nog wel wat.

Wat een uitgebreide lijst is dat. Daar moet ik toch even rustig voor gaan zitten. Dat zal iets voor vannacht of morgenvroeg zijn.

Het iconoclasme van zijn 0,5* lijst echter staat pal tegenover mijn liefde voor klassieke films
