Watched it today on DVD, I had imagined quite a lot, but was still a bit disappointing.
In the 90s this would certainly have been a good movie, but now with today's action movies this isn't much.
Nice story that Hulk Hogan and his men have to free a bunch of Turnsters from a guarded fortress, before that a lot of shooting and explosions and some fights.
The fights were quite short and tame, the movie was entertaining but lacks real spectacle, but for a 90s movie it's nice to do.
The ending was actually quite weak, would have preferred to see a final fight with the (drug) boss and the blonde tough lady couldn't save the film with her body in a bra (seen naked once in the beginning of the film)
