The life of the successful lawyer Adem cannot continue in this way. He finally wants to break up with his 'friend' Oskar. This has dominated him all his life since birth by making him incessantly search for women, money and power. He also destroyed the happy marriage of Adem and his wife Hale. Adem cannot and will not continue to live with Oskar. Therefore, he discusses his condition and future with his therapist Nazim, about the fate of his constant companion. Should he eventually have himself neutered?
