Secret State plot

Britain is shaken by a disaster at the American petrochemical company Petrofex in Teesside, an industrial area in northern England. There are 19 dead and 94 injured. Petrofex is discredited because it is said to have flouted the safety regulations. British Prime Minister Charles Flyte, who happens to be in America, is demanding clarification about the disaster at PetroFex headquarters.
