Kuime plot
Tamiya Iemon embezzles government funds and finds out that someone knows he is doing this. That person is Yotsuya Samon. Tamiya kills him and is even bold enough to marry his daughter Oiwa. Soon, however, he has had enough of this marriage and wants to get rid of her so that he can marry Ume and rise higher. He makes Oiwa's life hell.
